This project involves a multi-storey building with four full storeys and one set-back upper storey.

Nine rental units have found their new domicile on the 3,136 m² GFA (gross floor area).

The bottom storey was built on a slope, i.e. partly into the ground. An open underground garage with ventilation and venting and 16 parking spaces was also built.
